2. Мы НЕ получали судебных постановлений или ордеров, обязывающих нас вести мониторинг, журналирование или хранение активности пользователей.
3. Мы НЕ получали требований от государственных органов о внедрении бэкдоров, систем прослушки или механизмов слежки.
4. Мы НЕ были принуждены нарушить Политику нулевого журналирования (No-Log Policy).
5. Мы НЕ контактировали со спецслужбами по вопросам предоставления доступа к инфраструктуре.
6. Мы НЕ получали повесток или предписаний о предоставлении массивов данных пользователей.
7. Наша Политика нулевого журналирования остаётся неизменной и не была скомпрометирована под государственным принуждением.

Все VPN-серверы продолжают работать исключительно на RAM-носителях (diskless) без постоянного хранения данных пользователей.

Что такое Доверительное уведомление?

Доверительное уведомление — опубликованное заявление, подтверждающее, что компания НЕ получала определённые виды тайных правовых предписаний (например, письма о национальной безопасности). В случае получения таких предписаний компания может быть юридически обязана молчать об их существовании — но может сигнализировать о них, прекратив обновление уведомления или удалив его.

Если Доверительное уведомление НЕ обновляется в начале квартала или какое-либо из вышеуказанных утверждений будет исключено, это следует расценивать как признак компрометации уведомления.

1. We have NOT received any national security letters, gag orders, or other classified government requests for user data.
2. We have NOT received any court orders or warrants requiring us to monitor, log, or retain user activity.
3. We have NOT received any requests from government authorities to install backdoors, wiretaps, or surveillance mechanisms in our systems.
4. We have NOT been compelled to compromise the integrity of our No-Log Policy.
5. We have NOT been contacted by any intelligence agency requesting surveillance access to our infrastructure.
6. We have NOT received any subpoenas or production orders for bulk user data.
7. Our No-Log Policy remains intact and has not been modified under government compulsion.

All VPN servers continue to operate on RAM-only (diskless) infrastructure with no permanent user data retention.

What is a Warrant Canary?

A warrant canary is a published statement confirming that a company has NOT received certain types of secret legal orders (such as national security letters or gag orders). When such orders are received, the company may be legally prohibited from disclosing their existence — but can signal their presence by ceasing to update or by removing the warrant canary.

If this Warrant Canary is NOT updated at the beginning of each quarter, or if any of the above statements is removed, users should assume that the canary has been compromised.

¿Qué es un Warrant Canary?

Un warrant canary es una declaración publicada que confirma que una empresa NO ha recibido ciertos tipos de órdenes legales secretas (como cartas de seguridad nacional u órdenes de silencio). Cuando se reciben tales órdenes, la empresa puede tener legalmente prohibido revelar su existencia — pero puede señalar su presencia dejando de actualizar el warrant canary o eliminándolo.

Si este Warrant Canary NO se actualiza al comienzo de cada trimestre, o si alguna de las declaraciones anteriores es eliminada, los usuarios deben asumir que el canary ha sido comprometido.
